Summer before Summer
In winter many of us are hungry for a barbecue. Unfortunately we have many months ahead of us until summer so why not make your own barbecue inside? If you are like me and have a teppanyki or simply a grill you can try this simple recipe. Really why wait for summer time?
Here is a suggestion:
Eggplant, zucchini and chicken breast.
Cut your vegetables in a long and thin shape as shown above. For the chicken cut the breasts in a long and flat shape. It is important to have all your vegetables and your meat really thin and flat. It will be easier to cook them on the grill.
You can create some simple sauces such as olive oil, lemon juice and garlic for the chicken and a salsa verde for the vegetables.
