<p style="text-align:justify;">On Thursday I went with some friends at the famous Paul Bocuse restaurant. What a treat! After leaving the restaurant I couldn&#8217;t move an inch! We were well treated: from stepping out of the car to getting back to it!</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">I had the foie gras with Sauternes jelly, to follow the famous Black Truffle soup V.G.E created for the french president Valery Giscard d&#8217;Estaing in 1975. And to finish a Fricassee of chicken from Bresse with cream and morels. We had as well the cheese basket and the dessert trolley.</p>

<p>In winter many of us are hungry for a barbecue. Unfortunately we have many months ahead of us until summer so why not make your own barbecue inside? If you are like me and have a teppanyki or simply a grill you can try this simple recipe. Really why wait for summer time?</p>
<p>Here is a suggestion:</p>
<p>Eggplant, zucchini and chicken breast.</p>
<p>Cut your vegetables in a long and thin shape as shown above. For the chicken cut the breasts in a long and flat shape. It is important to have all your vegetables and your meat really thin and flat. It will be easier to cook them on the grill.</p>
<p>You can create some simple sauces such as olive oil, lemon juice and garlic for the chicken and a salsa verde for the vegetables.</p>

<p>I know this has nothing to do with food but as a big fan of Roger Federer, I think this can interest some of you. He was spotted at the famous Dubai Mall fountain esplanade few days ago.</p>
<p>In fact as a tennis fan you might already know that Federer was in Dubai playing at the Championship. Unfortunately he lost against seed number 3 Djokovic last Saturday. We will see how Federer will return from his lost at the Davis Cup in March next week.</p>

<p>Today it was  a sunny day and for Brunch I tried a new recipe: Scrambled eggs with Black Truffle. In French the correct name of the recipe is Brouillade which actually mean scrambled.</p>
<p>You can use fresh black truffle but in every super market you can find preserved black truffle which will be less costly.</p>
<p>Nowadays a kilogram or 2.2lb of truffle cost as much as $ 1 307.</p>

<p>First break your eggs in a bowl and beat them as if you would make an omelette. Season to taste.</p>
<p>Start heating your <a title="Brownies for all!" href="http://theasycooking.wordpress.com/2011/01/07/brownies-for-all/" target="_blank">water bath</a>.</p>
<p>When heated place your eggs and allow them to set slightly. Let them solidify but not too much as you want them creamy. Put aside.</p>
<p>In an other pan place your butter, your black truffle (slice the truffle thinly), salt and black pepper. Save some &#8220;truffle chips&#8221; for decoration.</p>
<p>When the butter is melted, add the cream and let it boiled for fe seconds only.</p>
<p>Add it to the eggs and continue mixing.</p>
<p>Pour the mixture in 2 bowls, place the &#8220;truffle chips&#8221; for decoration.</p>
<p>Serve the &#8220;Brouillade&#8221; with some toast if desired.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Preheat the oven at 180°C or 356°F.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Mix in a bowl the flour, the baking powder, the vanilla and the sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Add the butter soften with your hands.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">In another bowl add the eggs and the milk. Mix well and add it to the flour mix.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Peel the quinces, take off the pips and the hard pieces. Cut in small cubes.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Add the quinces in the mix.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Pour the mixture in a baking mold.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Bake for 45 minutes or so. Let it cool when cooked.</p>
