On Thursday I went with some friends at the famous Paul Bocuse restaurant. What a treat! After leaving the restaurant I couldn’t move an inch! We were well treated: from stepping out of the car to getting back to it!
I had the foie gras with Sauternes jelly, to follow the famous Black Truffle soup V.G.E created for the french president Valery Giscard d’Estaing in 1975. And to finish a Fricassee of chicken from Bresse with cream and morels. We had as well the cheese basket and the dessert trolley.
Paul Bocuse is a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Collonges-au-Mont d’or just 2 minutes from Lyon, France.
