In a short time I will post back some yummy recipes! It has been a while I haven’t write anything. So stay around!

On Thursday I went with some friends at the famous Paul Bocuse restaurant. What a treat! After leaving the restaurant I couldn’t move an inch! We were well treated: from stepping out of the car to getting back to it!
I had the foie gras with Sauternes jelly, to follow the famous Black Truffle soup V.G.E created for the french president Valery Giscard d’Estaing in 1975. And to finish a Fricassee of chicken from Bresse with cream and morels. We had as well the cheese basket and the dessert trolley.
Paul Bocuse is a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Collonges-au-Mont d’or just 2 minutes from Lyon, France.

While in Geneva for the auto show you might want to try this great Thai restaurant: Patara at the Beau Rivage Geneva.
A great suggestion if you feel like some Shrimp Satay on the spit or even their famous chicken coconut soup.
The service is attentional and friendly.
Open for Lunch and Dinner.

I know this has nothing to do with food but as a big fan of Roger Federer, I think this can interest some of you. He was spotted at the famous Dubai Mall fountain esplanade few days ago.
In fact as a tennis fan you might already know that Federer was in Dubai playing at the Championship. Unfortunately he lost against seed number 3 Djokovic last Saturday. We will see how Federer will return from his lost at the Davis Cup in March next week.
To be continued…
Today it was a sunny day and for Brunch I tried a new recipe: Scrambled eggs with Black Truffle. In French the correct name of the recipe is Brouillade which actually mean scrambled.
You can use fresh black truffle but in every super market you can find preserved black truffle which will be less costly.
Nowadays a kilogram or 2.2lb of truffle cost as much as $ 1 307.
First break your eggs in a bowl and beat them as if you would make an omelette. Season to taste.
Start heating your water bath.
When heated place your eggs and allow them to set slightly. Let them solidify but not too much as you want them creamy. Put aside.
In an other pan place your butter, your black truffle (slice the truffle thinly), salt and black pepper. Save some “truffle chips” for decoration.
When the butter is melted, add the cream and let it boiled for fe seconds only.
Add it to the eggs and continue mixing.
Pour the mixture in 2 bowls, place the “truffle chips” for decoration.
Serve the “Brouillade” with some toast if desired.
Enjoy!
Have you ever had digestion problems? If it’s the case then try this infusion.
Mix a bunch of thyme and rosemary in a teapot and add hot water. Let it infuse for 5 minutes.
Drink it after each meal to stay in good shape.
Thyme will help you digest and help the body to assimilate the iron contained in certain type of food and rosemary will strengthen your body and will fight against fatigue.
It’s better than coffee I guarantee.
Have you ever envisioned to bake a quince cake? Well I decided to try.
A simple recipe that you can use with other fruits than quince (apple, pear, plums…). No limitations really.
Preheat the oven at 180°C or 356°F.
Mix in a bowl the flour, the baking powder, the vanilla and the sugar.
Add the butter soften with your hands.
In another bowl add the eggs and the milk. Mix well and add it to the flour mix.
Peel the quinces, take off the pips and the hard pieces. Cut in small cubes.
Add the quinces in the mix.
Pour the mixture in a baking mold.
Bake for 45 minutes or so. Let it cool when cooked.
Enjoy!
